Instructions
Cook mutton with turmeric & salt to taste for 5 to 10 mins.
Take a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Saute onion,garlic & ginger paste , & green chilli till it turns brown.
Add the cooked mutton pieces and mix well.
Add tomato, red chilli powder and ridge guard close the lid and cook for another 5 to 10 mins.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and add salt to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
Optional:
If you need gravy, then add 3tsp of coconut milk / fresh curd.
