Ridge Gourd Mutton Curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole ridge guard
  • 150 grams mutton or kheema
  • 1 tsp garlic ginger paste
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves

Instructions
 

  • Cook mutton with turmeric & salt to taste for 5 to 10 mins.
  • Take a pan and add 2 tsp oil. Saute onion,garlic & ginger paste , & green chilli till it turns brown.
  • Add the cooked mutton pieces and mix well.
  • Add tomato, red chilli powder and ridge guard close the lid and cook for another 5 to 10 mins.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and add salt to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

Optional:
If you need gravy, then add 3tsp of coconut milk / fresh curd.
