Millet Idly Upma

millet Idli upma is a very simple and delicious dish made with leftover idlis.This is a very common breakfast dish in South India, which can be prepared in no time.

Ingredients
  

  • Millet 5 no.
  • Onion 1 no.
  • green chili 3 no.
  • salt to taste
  • oil 5 tsp
  • mustard 1/2 tsp
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp
  • channa dal 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves 1 bunch

Instructions
 

  • crumbled the millet idly
  • chop the onion, green chili
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and channa dal
  • add curry leaves, onion and green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
  • add salt, crumbled idli and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame
  • now millet idly upma is ready
