Arinellikai Pickle
the pickle have lot of varieties. this pickle is one of the quick and easiest pickle which is good side dish for curd rice

- arinellikai 200 grams
- oil 25 ml
- salt 3 tsp
- red chili powder 2 tsp
- asafoetida 1/2 tsp
- cumin seed 1 tsp
- coriander seed 1 tsp
- fenugreek seed 1 tsp
dry fry the cumin seed, coriander seed and fenugreek seed and make as powder
clean and wash the arinellikai
in a pan heat the oil
add arinellikai and allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
add salt, red chili powder and asafoetida and mix well and allow to cook for 5 mins
now add cumin seed, fenugreek seed and coriander seed powder and mix well
allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame
arinellikai pickle is ready to serve
