Yummy Paneer Burgi
It is a side dish for chappathi and rice,It is very easy to prepare.Kids and adults will love this. - Yummy Paneer Burgi

- 1 cup Paneer
- 1 Onion
- 5 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Water
Wash and keep paneer and keep aside.
Heat butter and oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,saute for a minute.
Add onions, green chilies and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
Add tomatoes and saute for a minute.
Add coriander powder and ,turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
Add 1tsp water to kadai and saute for a second.
Add crumbled paneer to this and saute for 2 minutes.Don't overcook paneer because it will get spoiled.
Now yummy paneer burgi is ready to serve.
