Yummy Paneer Burgi

It is a side dish for chappathi and rice,It is very easy to prepare.Kids and adults will love this. - Yummy Paneer Burgi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and keep paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat butter and oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,saute for a minute.
  • Add onions, green chilies and ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes and saute for a minute.
  • Add coriander powder and ,turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
  • Add 1tsp water to kadai and saute for a second.
  • Add crumbled paneer to this and saute for 2 minutes.Don't overcook paneer because it will get spoiled.
  • Now yummy paneer burgi is ready to serve.
