Take a bowl and add corn flour, maida, salt, red chili powder, colour powder, ginger garlic paste, half lemon squeezed and 1 tbsp oil.
Stir in washed and drained chicken pieces and mix well. Keep aside.
Chop the garlic, green chili, green capsicum and colour capsicum
Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces. Keep aside.
In a pan heat oil and saute the green chilly and garlic.
Add both capsicum and mix well.
Add soya sauce, squeeze remaining lemon, salt and sugar and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Now add fried chicken and mix well in medium flame.
Allow to cook until the masala get mixed well with chicken. Add a dash of tomato sauce and stir. Lemon chilli chicken is ready, garnish with chopped capsicum.
