Paneer Noodles Biriyani

this is my own recipe. its colorful and yummy. many of them feels that no variety biriyani in vegetarian . so its new try . comes well

  • 1 cup Boiled Noodles
  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chili
  • Mint and coriander leaves small hand
  • 1/ tsp Red chili
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 3 tbsp Oil and ghee
  • Bay leaf cloves and cinnamon, cardamom each 2


  • In bowl add paneer cubes
  • Now add red chili powder , salt, garam masala , mix well
  • Now add curd and mix well and marinate for 10 mins
  • In pan add oil and temper Bay leaf cloves and cinnamon, cardamom
  • Now add chopped onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste. saute well
  • Now add tomato and cook till soft and juicy
  • Now add mint and coriander leaves mix well
  • Now add marinate paneer and mix well
  • cook till water evaporate and oil comes out
  • Now add boiled Noodles and mix well
  • Now its ready to serve Paneer noodles biriyani
