wheat rava 1 cup
moong dal 1/2 cup(soaked 1/2 hr)
ginger chopped 1 sp
green chilli chopped 1 sp
ghee 2 sp
pepper corns 1 sp
jeera 3/4 sp
red chilli 2 no
curry leaves few
Instructions
heat ghee in a pan saute ginger and green chilli
fry rava well in ghee
in pressure cooker allow water to boil and add salt
to it add soaked dal
to it add fried rava and allow 2 whistle
in a separate pan temper some pepper corns,jeera,curry leaves and red chilli
add some cashew and keep aside
add this to the cooked pongal and serve
