Cabbage Cream Soup

this is a different nutritive soup that is recommended as a diet soup

  • cabbage chopped 1 cup
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • butter 1 sp
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • corn flour 2 sp
  • salt 1 sp
  • pepper 1 sp


  • in a pressure pan saute onion and cabbage in butter ,when cooked spare some cabbage seperately.
  • run the cooked onions and cabbage in a mixie
  • boil the soup in low flame and slowly add milk (dissolve corn flour in milk)
  • add pepper and salt
  • finally add the spared cabbage to the soup and serve
