Mushroom Egg Drop Soup
This is a simple and easy recipe. This mushroom and egg fill the appetizers and create more energy.

- 100 gm Mushroom
- 2 Egg
- Celery Few
- 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt and Pepper As per Taste
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 4 cup Water
Chop mushroom,ginger & garlic
In a Heavy bottom pan add 4 cup of water and ginger garlic
Now add mushroom and boil till it cook well
Now add Soy sauce.
Now add corn flour with little water mixture stir well
When it become thick, break egg in bowl and beat well.
Now add into mixture of mushroom.
Stir well with lumps.
Add celery, salt and pepper
Now the Mushroom Egg drop Soup ready to serve.
