Mushroom Egg Drop Soup

This is a simple and easy recipe. This mushroom and egg fill the appetizers and create more energy.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gm Mushroom
  • 2 Egg
  • Celery Few
  • 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • Salt and Pepper As per Taste
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Chop mushroom,ginger & garlic
  • In a Heavy bottom pan add 4 cup of water and ginger garlic
  • Now add mushroom and boil till it cook well
  • Now add Soy sauce.
  • Now add corn flour with little water mixture stir well
  • When it become thick, break egg in bowl and beat well.
  • Now add into mixture of mushroom.
  • Stir well with lumps.
  • Add celery, salt and pepper
  • Now the Mushroom Egg drop Soup ready to serve.
