Brocolli Soup
this soup is rich in folic acid which is generally good for pregnant ladies with all the vitamins required.

- broccoli florets 1 cup
- onion diced 1/2 cup
- potato chopped 1/2 cup
- butter 1 spoon
- salt , white pepper as required
heat pan add butter to it add onion and potato
add broccoli and saute for few minutes
add water to it
allow it to cook completely and strain the water
grind the broccoli with milk and mix it with the strained water
add salt and white pepper cook in low flame
remove from flame after 2 minutes and serve
