This mango pickle is super easy to prepare, spicy, and uses sour raw mangoes which gives an amazing flavour. This is the traditional way of preparing this pickle and it is closely attached to the Indian Cuisine.
in a pan fry the cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and coriander seed without oil, until the colour gets changed and make as a powder. this is pickle powder
in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard
add grated raw mango and mix well and cook for 10 minutes in oil
add red chili powder and salt and mix well and allow to cook for 15 minutes until the raw mango get soft texture
add turmeric powder and mix well
add the pickle powder which we prepared above and mix well and allow to cook for 15 minutes in oil.
