Wheat Ragi Dosa

Wheat Ragi Dosa is very easy and quick to prepare dosa with ragi and wheat flour. This is healthy and very good people with diabetes. Ragi is rich in iron and calcium. this simple dosa preparation gives the goodness of both wheat and ragi at the same time .its smoothie texure brings out a great taste

Ingredients
  

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • ragi flour 1 cup
  • onion thinly sliced 1 1/2 cup
  • finely chopped green chilly 1 no.
  • curry leaves few
  • coriander leaf few
  • salt to taste
  • water 3 cups

Instructions
 

  • take sliced onions,curry leaves,coriander and chopped green chilies mix together
  • to it add ragi flour
  • also add wheat flour
  • now add salt and mix everything in hand roughly
  • now add 3 cups of water and make a fine batter without having any lumps
  • heat the dosa tava and spread the batter like that of a dosa and turn it both the sides in a medium flame, untill cooked
  • wheat ragi dosa is ready, serve it with coconut cutney
