Aloo Cheese Paratha
this is very simple and easy to do. This paratha will be loved by kids and everyone.

- 1 cup Wheat
- 2 Aloo
- Cheese grated 1/4 cup
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Salt as taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Oil for greasing paratha
Boil aloo and allow to cool and mash well
Now make wheat dough by adding little salt and required water . make soft dough and rest aside
In aloo add spice, salt and cheese. mix well
Now divide equal portion of dough and keep aside
Now take one portion of dough and flat thick and stuff aloo cheese mix
Fold like ball and roll it as thin paratha
Heat tawa and cook both side grease oil
When you see this paratha puff like normal roties, take it.
