Aloo Cheese Paratha

this is very simple and easy to do. This paratha will be loved by kids and everyone.

  • 1 cup Wheat
  • 2 Aloo
  • Cheese grated 1/4 cup
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Oil for greasing paratha


  • Boil aloo and allow to cool and mash well
  • Now make wheat dough by adding little salt and required water . make soft dough and rest aside
  • In aloo add spice, salt and cheese. mix well
  • Now divide equal portion of dough and keep aside
  • Now take one portion of dough and flat thick and stuff aloo cheese mix
  • Fold like ball and roll it as thin paratha
  • Heat tawa and cook both side grease oil
  • When you see this paratha puff like normal roties, take it.
  • Now its ready to serve Aloo cheese Paratha
