Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  

  • Carrot 1
  • Beans Half cup
  • Potato half cup
  • Cornflour 2tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Cauliflower half cup
  • Green chilly 2
  • Pepper powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut vegetables into small pieces
  • Take a pressure cooker and pour the vegetables except cauliflower ,water and pepper powder to it and close it and cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
  • When its cooked
  • Pour cauliflower and cook without closing cooker, Also add salt
  • add cornflour ,egg and stir well
  • When it's boiled off the flame.
  • Our soup is ready,
  • Serve hot
  • Add pepper powder and sauce if needed.
