Mushroom Pepper Fry

Mushroom Pepper Fry is an awesome stir fried mushroom fry with pepper and onions. This is really healthy to eat and very easy to prepare. It is healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • chopped mushroom 1/2 cup
  • chopped onion 1 no.
  • chopped green chilli 1 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • oil 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the mushroom and clean and wash with the hot water
  • in a pan heat the oil and add onion and green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out
  • add pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  • add chopped mushroom and allow to boil for 5 minutes. dont add water as the mushroom itself will leave the water to boil
  • add grated coconut and mix well
  • garnish with the coriander leaves. mushroom pepper fry is ready
