clean the milagai and cut in to 4 pieces
in a small plate add red chili powder, salt and oil and mix it
apply the chili mix in the milagai
apply for all the milagai
in a bowl add roasted gram flour, salt, red chili powder, cumin seed, asofoetida, maida, corn flour
add turmeric and rice flour and mix well by add in some water
make as a fine batter
dip the milagai in the batter
heat the oil in the pan and fry the milagai
ooty milagai bajji is ready to serve. serve with hot tea or coffee
