chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans. capsicum, cabbage, boil the aloo and smash it and make palak as a paste
heat the oil in the pan, add onion, green chilli and saute it for 5 minutes, until it turns into brown
add carrot, beans, capsicum and cabbage and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix well
add ginger garlic paste and aloo and mix well
add rice flour and corn flour and mix well and turn off the flame.
now add palak paste and mix well and make like dough
from the palak mixture take small ball and make as a cylindrical shape
mix water and maida, make as a batter and dip the nugget
roll it in the bread crumbs
heat the oil and fry the nugget and allow to cook well until it get brown colour and crispy
palak nugget is ready. serve with sauce
