in a bowl add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste
add cleaned and washed mutton
mix well with the masala and marinate for 15 minutes.
in a cooker heat the oil, add onion, green chilli and curry leaves
now add the marinated mutton and mix well
now add required water to boil and allow for 2 whistles
in a pan heat the oil and temper the cinnamom and fennel seeds
add chopped onion and saute it for 10 minutes, until it turns into golden brown
add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes out
add chopped tomato and mix well
now add the cooked mutton along with water and mix well and allow to cook for 10 minutes
if needed add red chilli powder and coriander masala
in a mixie jar add coconut, sesame seeds and fennel seeds and make a fine paste
add coconut paste in to the mutton and mix well and allow to boil until the gravy get dry and that masala mix with the mutton.
mutton chettinadu fry is ready.
