Mushroom Shawarma

This is a very simple recipe with mushroom and chappathi. It makes an awesome lunch box dish for kids. It is healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Chapathi or pita bread
  • 1 cup Mushroom
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 tbsp curd to mix with powders
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 1/2 cup Onion , capsicum, tomato sliced thin
  • 4 tsp oil

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, add all powders and curd and mix well
  • Now add mushroom and mix well
  • In pan add 2 tsp oil and fry mushroom and keep aside
  • In curd add lemon juice and garlic and little salt and pepper
  • In chapathi / pita bread, apply curd mixture
  • Now keep mushroom and onion
  • Now top with tomato and capsicum
  • Now wrap it and serve it. Mushroom Shawarma is ready
