Fish Egg Fry(Meen)
its a very healthy dish for kids and adults
- Fish egg 6 to 8
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1/2
- onion half
- oil as needed
Take all ingredients in a small bowl
Mix it well.keep it aside for 30 minute
Heat a pan pour oil in it.
When its hot make it to low flame and put the egg to it
Pour all egg
Allow it to get cooked .it will take 3 to 5 minute to get cooked.pour onion to it.
Don't cook it for long time .it needs only a few minute
When its fried wipe off the excess oil using tissue paper.
Then serve it with rice or chappathi
