Fish Egg Fry(Meen)

its a very healthy dish for kids and adults

  • Fish egg 6 to 8
  • Chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • onion half
  • oil as needed


  • Take all ingredients in a small bowl
  • Mix it well.keep it aside for 30 minute
  • Heat a pan pour oil in it.
  • When its hot make it to low flame and put the egg to it
  • Pour all egg
  • Allow it to get cooked .it will take 3 to 5 minute to get cooked.pour onion to it.
  • Don't cook it for long time .it needs only a few minute
  • When its fried wipe off the excess oil using tissue paper.
  • Then serve it with rice or chappathi
