Wheat Pita Bread

this is a simple and easy preparation and this canbe prepared by plain flour too. health diet people can enjoy this wheat pita bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Wheat
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tblsp Oil
  • 3/4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • in bowl add dry yeast and add warm water
  • In a big bowl add wheat and salt
  • Now add yeast and oil. mix roughly
  • Now add water and make soft dough
  • Divide equal portion of dough and keep aside
  • With help of roll pin flat thick round
  • Now heat tawa and place and cook both side for 30 seconds
  • Now transfer to direct flame
  • Remove from the flame and do as same for all. Now the pita bread is ready
