Wheat Pita Bread

- 1 1/2 cup Wheat
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tblsp Oil
- 3/4 cup Water
in bowl add dry yeast and add warm water
In a big bowl add wheat and salt
Now add yeast and oil. mix roughly
Now add water and make soft dough
Divide equal portion of dough and keep aside
With help of roll pin flat thick round
Now heat tawa and place and cook both side for 30 seconds
Now transfer to direct flame
Remove from the flame and do as same for all. Now the pita bread is ready
