Kappalanga Pulingari
It is a traditional dish of kerala.it is a tasty curry for rice and chappathi.i love this curry very much.It is very easy to prepare.

- 1 Raw papaya
- 4 Green chilly
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 5 Curry leaf
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
Cook raw papaya pieces with 1 cup of water and turmeric powder for 3 minutes.
When it cooked then switch off stove.
Grind coconut, cumin seeds, onion and add this ground mix to papaya mix. Add chilli powder and salt and boil for 2 minutes.
Heat oil in another kadai, add mustards, when it splutters add red chilli and curry leaves ,stir for a minute.
Add this tempering to papaya mix. Boil for a minute.
Now tasty kappalanga pulingary is ready.
