Chappati Upma

this is an easy and quick recipe with left out chappati. It can be given as a healthy evening time snack for kids.

Ingredients
  

  • chappati 5 no.
  • onion 1 cup
  • tomato 1/2 cup
  • green chilli 2 no.
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 4 tsp

Instructions
 

  • chop the onion, tomato and green chilli
  • cut the chappati into small pieces or put into the mixer and make as a flakes
  • in a pan heat the oil and add the onion and saute it till it turn into brown
  • add green chilli and tomato and mix it
  • now add ginger and garlic paste
  • add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well
  • add chappati flakes and mix well
  • allow to cook for 5 to 10 mins
  • now chappati upuma is ready to serve
