Muringayila Thoran
Drumstick leaves are highly nutritiou.It is rich in protein,vitamin and iron,all of this are important for all group.

- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- 4 cups Drumstick leaves
- 4 Onion
- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 5 Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Salt
Wash and clean muringayila.
Heat oil in a kadai, add mustards, When it splutters add red chilli and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add muringayila to this and sauté for 2 minutes.
Grind grated coconut, cumin seeds, onion, garlic, chilli powder and turmeric powder in a mixer,
Add this ground mix to drum stick leaves. Sauté for 5 minutes a low flame,
Mix all together well and stir for 2 minutes.
Now muringayila thorn is ready.
