Semiya Kichadi

Semiya Kichadi can be made in less than 15 minutes for breakfast or dinner. The method is pretty much similar to earlier post on how to make rava kichadi.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Semiya
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 3 Green chili
  • Curry leaves little
  • Salt as taste
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp Mustard , urad dal, channa dal

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add oil and temper Mustard , urad dal, channa dal
  • Now saute onion and curry leaves and green chili
  • Now add vegetables and saute it well
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for minute
  • Now add salt and turmeric and water (1:2 ), bring to boil
  • Now add semiya and cook till water drains and keep in low flame for last five mins
  • Now semiya Kichadi is ready
