Raw Mango Rice

It is a nice andra dish we can eat as break fast or lunch or dinner.Kids will love this.Potato chips and pappad is a nice combination for raw mango rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Raw mango grated
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 cup Cooked white rice
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add mustard's.When mustard's splutter add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add green chilli to this and saute for a minute.
  • Add grated raw mangoes to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt and turmeric powder stir for a minute.
  • Add this mix to cooked rice and mix all together.
