Raw Mango Rice
It is a nice andra dish we can eat as break fast or lunch or dinner.Kids will love this.Potato chips and pappad is a nice combination for raw mango rice.
- 1/2 cup Raw mango grated
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Onion
- 4 Green chilli
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 cup Cooked white rice
- 1 tsp Salt
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard's.When mustard's splutter add onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add green chilli to this and saute for a minute.
Add grated raw mangoes to this and saute for 2 minutes.
Add salt and turmeric powder stir for a minute.
Add this mix to cooked rice and mix all together.
