Piza Dosa

It is a nice dosa with wheat and vegetables.Kids will love this a lot.It is a healthy dosa for school going children.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 4 Green chilli
  • 4 Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Take wheat flour and chopped onions in a bowl.
  • Add 1 egg tothis mix and beat it well with a spoon.
  • Add green chillies,tomatoes ,coriander leaves and salt mix all well for 2 minutes.
  • Place a dosa pan over stove pour 1 spoon of batter into tawa ,cook for 2 minutes.
  • When one side of dosa cooked ,turn to other side with a spatula.
  • When it is cooked put into a plate and serve with white chutney.
