Thinai Veg Uppma

this recipe is quick and easy recipes. this uppma is healthy and diet food. this is combin with all vege and make more delicious . thinai is good for health more fibre and good in winter season.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Thinai
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 Potato
  • 1/4 cup Green Peas
  • 4 Green chili
  • Curry leaves little
  • Salt as taste
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Channa dal
  • 3 tblsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and temper mustard and channa dal
  • Add Onions and green chili and curry leaves saute well
  • Now add carrot, potatop and peas and cook for 5 mins
  • Now add water ( 1: 3) and salt
  • When water boil well add Thinai and mix well and close lid or can do pressure and cook for 2 whistles
  • Now its ready to serve Thinai Veg Uppma
