Instructions
In pan add oil and temper mustard and channa dal
Add Onions and green chili and curry leaves saute well
Now add carrot, potatop and peas and cook for 5 mins
Now add water ( 1: 3) and salt
When water boil well add Thinai and mix well and close lid or can do pressure and cook for 2 whistles
Now its ready to serve Thinai Veg Uppma
