Stuffed Mushroom Vegetable Fry

this is an easy recipe and no more oil and healthy dish. this stuffed with vegetable and cooked with little oil

  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 2 tblsp Red chutney or garlic tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper as taste
  • 1 cube Butter
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste


  • Cut mushroom inside and clean stem and chop the stem , onion and cabbage
  • In pan add oil and temper ginger garlic paste and add onions cabbage
  • Now add chopped mushroom and red chutney and cook for 5 mins
  • Now add pepper and tun off and allow to cool
  • Stuff with mushroom and keep aside
  • Now grease with butter and place in tawa and cook for 10 mins and close lid
  • now its ready to serve stuffed mushroom veg fry
