Take maida ,salt ,oil and water mix it well
Mix it well to firm a dough.
Heat oil in a kadai and add chopped vegetables saute for 2 minutes.
When vegetables become golden color we can add pepper powder and salt.KEEPaside.
Make small balls from dough.
Roll each dough balls into thin chapathi of 2-3 diameter thickness.
Place 1tsp of vegetable stuffing into centre.
Join all the pleats to center,Prepare all the momos like this.
Steam the moms in idli cooker for 5 to 6 minutes
Grind dry red chilli,garlic salt and tomato to make chilli garlic chutney.Keep it aside.
Now we can serve veg momos with chilli garlic chutney.
