Colourful Capsicum Biriyani

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all three color of capsicum
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 tomato
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2 tblsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Mint
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp Funnel seed
  • 2 Cloves and cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom
  • 2 tblsp Ghee
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop all vegetables
  • Grind coriander and mint with funnel seed and cloves, cardamom, cinnamon
  • In pan add oil and ghee and temper bay leaf
  • Now add onions and ginger garlic paste and saute well
  • Now add grind paste and saute well till oil comes out
  • Now add tomato and all powder and saute well
  • Now add capsicum and cook for 5 mins till gravy cook
  • Now add curd and cook for few mins and required water
  • When water boils and rice and cook for 5 mins in high flame
  • Then close lid cook for 10 mins in low flame and turn off and fluff rice with fork or knife
  • Serve hot Capsicum Biriyani is ready
