Pineapple Rasam

pineapple rasam is an easy recipe that is prepared with ripe of ripe pineapple and rasam podi and dal . this is absolute combo with rice and potato fry.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Pineapple
  • 1 tsp Rasam powder
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Cooked toor dal
  • salt as taste
  • Curry leaves little
  • Coriander leaves little

to temper:

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Red chili
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely grind pepper, cumin and garlic
  • Grind paste of pineapple 1 slice
  • Crush tomato in hand with some water
  • Add pineapple paste and cooked dal in tomato water
  • Add chopped pineapple in that mixture
  • In pan temper oil with ingredients in table and curry leave
  • Add pineapple mixture and salt, turmeric in that pan brings to boil for 10 -15 mins till raw smell goes
  • Now its ready to serve Pineapple rasam
