Pineapple Rasam
pineapple rasam is an easy recipe that is prepared with ripe of ripe pineapple and rasam podi and dal . this is absolute combo with rice and potato fry.

2 slices Pineapple 1 tsp Rasam powder 1 Tomato 1/4 tsp Turmeric 1/2 cup Cooked toor dal salt as taste Curry leaves little Coriander leaves little to temper: 1 tsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard 1 Red chili 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Coarsely grind pepper, cumin and garlic
Grind paste of pineapple 1 slice
Crush tomato in hand with some water
Add pineapple paste and cooked dal in tomato water
Add chopped pineapple in that mixture
In pan temper oil with ingredients in table and curry leave
Add pineapple mixture and salt, turmeric in that pan brings to boil for 10 -15 mins till raw smell goes
Now its ready to serve Pineapple rasam
