Red Rice Flakes Upmma

this is a good diet recipe. we can take at any time. this flakes give more energy and carrot also combine in this so too healthy and good to all

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Red rice flakes
  • 2 Carrot
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Green chili
  • Curry and coriander leaves little
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 tblsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Urad and channa dal

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice flakes for half an hour
  • Chop all vegetable and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and temper Mustard and dal
  • Now add onions and green chili, curry leaves and saute well
  • Add dry rice flakes mix well with salt and cook for 5 mins
  • Noe add carrot and lime combine all together
  • Now its ready Red Rice Flakes Uppma.
