Red Rice Flakes Upmma
this is a good diet recipe. we can take at any time. this flakes give more energy and carrot also combine in this so too healthy and good to all

- 1 cup Red rice flakes
- 2 Carrot
- 2 Onions
- 2 Green chili
- Curry and coriander leaves little
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tblsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Urad and channa dal
Soak rice flakes for half an hour
Chop all vegetable and keep aside
In pan add oil and temper Mustard and dal
Now add onions and green chili, curry leaves and saute well
Add dry rice flakes mix well with salt and cook for 5 mins
Noe add carrot and lime combine all together
Now its ready Red Rice Flakes Uppma.
