Ingredients
  

  • cauliflower 1 cup
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • garlic 6 cloves
  • green chilly 5 or 6
  • onion 1 or 2
  • spring onion 1 sprig
  • oil as needed
  • cornflour 2 table spoon
  • chilly powder 2 tsp
  • salt as needed
  • chilly sauce I table spoon
  • soya sauce 1 table spoon
  • tomato sauce as needed.

Instructions
 

  • clean cauliflower using turmeric powder little salt and water
  • then take a mix of cornflour water chilly powder and salt
  • then fry the cauliflower using the mix.
  • wipe off excess oil
  • heat another pan add oil in it and then add ginger and garlic sauté it well.
  • then add onion and green chilly.
  • sauté for 2 mint and then add the sauces.
  • sauté for some seconds and add water(we can add cornflour solution) if needed .then add cauliflower.
  • stir well.
  • then close the pan for 5 mint and then add spring onion.
  • then off the flame ,our dish is ready.
  • transfer to the serving dish.
