clean cauliflower using turmeric powder little salt and water
then take a mix of cornflour water chilly powder and salt
then fry the cauliflower using the mix.
wipe off excess oil
heat another pan add oil in it and then add ginger and garlic sauté it well.
then add onion and green chilly.
sauté for 2 mint and then add the sauces.
sauté for some seconds and add water(we can add cornflour solution) if needed .then add cauliflower.
stir well.
then close the pan for 5 mint and then add spring onion.
then off the flame ,our dish is ready.
transfer to the serving dish.
