Besan Flour Bonda

This is good tea time snack. in this we add more spice like green chili, red chili powder and cumin seeds. north indians say this pakora.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Besan flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as taste
  • Curry leaves and coriander leaves little
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Chop Onions and green chili and curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • In bowl add besan and rice flour and add all chopped vegetables
  • Add all powder and mix well with little water like thick dough
  • Now heat oil in pan and take small balls in oil. cook for 5-7 mins and turn other side cook
  • Now drain from oil and serve hot with sauce or chutney
