Tofu Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Mixed vegetable
  • 1/2 cup soya paneer
  • 1 tsp Crushed ginger garlic
  • 1 nos Onions
  • 1 nos Green chili
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • Salt as reqd
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Chop all vegetable and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and saute ginger garlic and add onions and green chili
  • Add all vegetables mix well add chili powder and salt and cook for 5 mins and turn off . Add tofu and mix well. now stuffing is ready.
  • In mean time make dough of all purpose flour and keep aside
  • Flat thin sheet of dough and place it tawa
  • cook one side and turn back and apply oil and tofu stuffing
  • Roll like full and cook for one min
  • Now its ready to serve Tofu vegetable wrap
