Cook moong dal with 2 cup water with turmeric powder until soft for 5 minutes.
Add cheera or spinach leaves before dal cooked well.
Add coconut into fine paste with cumin seeds onion and green chilly
Add this coconut paste to cheera dal mix.Cook for 3 minutes on light flame ,Do not over cook after adding coconut.
Add salt and water and boil for 2 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard,when it splutters add red chilly and curry leaves and add it to curry.Boil for 2 minutes and now ready to serve with ghee and rice
