Instructions
Clean Chicken and marinate with Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Kashmiri Chilly, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder. Keep on previous day for best results or else keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
Same time, finely chop onions, garlic and tomatoes.
Heat Butter, Saute Onions, Add garlic, tomatoes and cook.
Add Kashmiri Chilly powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Tomato Paste OR Lemon Juice and dry lemon (Optional)
Once cooked Add Chicken Stock. And boil and keep aside
Fry Chicken Shallow.
Take away chicken and add rice to the same oil.
Take a dessert spoon of sauce and cover the fried chicken in it by tossing it in a big bowl.
Saute the rice for a while and then add the sauce to the rice, add sufficient water and cook the rice.
When rice is half cooked, place the chicken pcs on the top and close until rice is full cooked.
Garnish with cashew, raisins, parsley and boiled egg :)
