Spicy Tomato Sevai
sevai preparing from rice flour. in this we can do many recipes . in that spicy tomato is different taste like biriyani

- 2 cup Rice Sevai / iddiyappam
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 full Mint and Coriander
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 Green chili
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tblsp Oil
Chop onion and grind tomato and chop mint , coriander
In hot water put rice sevai and drain after 10 min and keep aside.
In pan add oil and onion saute well.
Then add green chili and ginger garlic paste cook for 2 mins.
Add coriander and mint.
Then add tomato puree and cook in low flame
Add all powder and mix it well and cook up to raw smell goes.
Now add rice sevai and combine all well and cook for 2 mins. and turn off the flame
Now Spicy Tomato Sevai is ready to serve.
