Hydrabadi Egg Biriyani

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Egg
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Onion and chilly crushed
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 Jathipatri
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 bunch Mint leaves
  • 4 Green chilly

Spices for making biriyani powder:

  • 5 Pepper
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 4 tsp Coriander seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a cooker add cloves and cumin seeds sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add cinnamon and jathipathri and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add onions to this and sauté until it turns golden brown.
  • Add crushed onions and green chillies,coriander and mint leaves
  • Add ginger garlic paste to this and saute for a minute.
  • Add turmeric and coriander powder and stir for a minute.
  • Add red chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes.Next we have to add biriyani powder which made at home.
  • For that arrange spices for biriyani powder in a plate.
  • For making biriyani powder at home dry roast the spices one after another in low flame.Cool the spices and powder in a blender.Now biriyani powder is ready and add to biri masa mix in the cooker.
  • Add Crushed onions,green chilly,mint and coriander leaves and stir for a minute,in cooker.
  • Add curd and rice to this add salt and water cook for 5 minutes in cooker.
  • Now biriyani rice is ready.Then we have to add eggs.
  • Heat oil in a kadai add chilli powder,salt and biriyani powder and saute the boiled eggs.
  • We have to coat masala well in eggs.
  • Add the masala eggs which fried in chilli and salt add to biryani.
  • Add fried onions also to this.
  • Now Hydrabadi egg biriyani is ready to serve.
