Easy Kadai Paneer

It is one of the most easy and simplest recipe made from paneer. Here the paneer is cooked in kadai with a flavoured masala.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer sliced
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 2 chopped tomato
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasthoori methi
  • 2 Red chilly
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add onions, red chilly and ginger garlic paste.Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and stir until it becomes soft.
  • Add capsicum to this and stir for a minute.
  • Then add onions chilli powder and turmeric powder.Saute for 2 minutes
  • Add 1 cup of water and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add paneer cubes to this and mix well.
  • Boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
  • Then we have to add kasoori methi also.
  • Boil for 2 minutes .Now easy kadai paneer is ready to serve.
  • We can serve with roti , naan and rice.
