Cashew ,cauliflower, Peas & Pineapple Curry In Coc

Quick and easy , this coconut milk vegetarian dish goes well with chapattis

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 cup cut cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup cut pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/4 piece ginger
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • Boil, cashew nut, peas, cauliflower and pineapple in 1/2 cup wateradd turmeric, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, keep aside
  • add 2 table spoon oil in a kadai, or walk , fry the sliced onions, green chilli and ginger and curry leaves until the onions are nice and brown, add the cook vegetables and stir well, add coconut milk and boil for 2 minutes.taste salt
  • pour in a dish and add coriander leaves and lime juice. goes well with chappatis or Rice
