Dill Leaves With Potato : Healthy Food

Ingredients
  

  • Potato : 3 nos ( medium size)
  • Dill leaves : 1 big bunch of fresh
  • 6 nos Garlic : 5
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Red chilli flake : ½ tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Remove the dill leaves from the stem.
  • Wash this thoroughly and chop them, also peel, wash and chop the the potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan add add chopped garlic, chopped green chilli and fry for few seconds.

  • Then add the potatoes.
  • Enter Step
  • Fry the potatoes for 2 - 3 minutes in a low flame.
  • Now add the dill leaves along with the turmeric powder. Mix everything well.
  • Enter Step
  • Add salt and ½ cup of water. Cover and cook dill leaves and potato for 10 minutes in low flame.
  • Check in between to see if the water has not dried up. If the water dried up you could add some more water.
  • This dish is a dry dish, so ensure that no water remain when the vegetables are done.
  • Serve with chappathi or dal rice.
