Ingredients
  

  • Whole green moong : 1 cup
  • Raw rice : 3 tsp
  • Green chilly : 3 nos
  • Onion : 1 no
  • Salt and water : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Soak whole green gram with rice through night, and morning drain the water.
  • Grind then together with green chilly, chopped onion, salt and required water.
  • Enter Step
  • Heat a non stick tava and spread to your required thickness just like we make dosa. Cook both sides.
  • Can be served with chutneys.
