Delicious Egg Curry Perfect For Appam

Egg : 3 nos Onion : 1 no Ginger : 1 inch piece Garlic : 3 cloves Shallot : 3 nos Coriander powder : 1 tsp Chilly powder : 1 tsp Turmeric powder : ½ tsp Garam masala : ½ tsp Curry leaves : 1 spring Salt : to taste Oil : 1 tsp
Heat a pan add onion, ginger, garlic and little salt to it.
Stir until it gets slight brown. Then add tomato and stir well.
Add coriander powder and stir for 1 minute then add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt .
Add little water and curry leaves to it.
When it gets boil add the egg sliced in to two, so that the masala will be mixed nicely with egg.
Stir well.
Transfer to the serving dish and serve hot with poori, chappathi or puttu .
