Tasty Mango Jelly Pudding

  • Mango Jelly Powder : 1 packet
  • 25 nos Small mango pieces : 20
  • Fresh Cream : 4 tsp
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Milk Powder : 1 tsp
  • Sugar: 5 tsp
  • China Grass : 5 gm


  • Prepare mango jelly by adding the jelly powder with water and boiling.

  • Transfer to a flat bowl and drop in some mango pieces. Set to cool.
  • In a bowl, melt the china grass with ½ cup of water.
  • Meantime, in a mixer grinder add milk with milk powder and Fresh cream. Mix well. Transfer this to the melted china grass, together with sugar.
  • Bring to boil and transfer to the same flat bowl, above the mango jelly (make sure that it sets by the time).
  • Refrigerate until well set.
