Clean and wash the Spinach and then grind it well.
Put the grinded Spinach into a vessel .
Add the wheat flour into the Spinach paste along with some salt.
Mix the Wheat flour, Spinach paste and salt together and make a dough, adding required quantity of water.

Make small balls with the dough.
Roll the dough balls as shown in the picture.
Boil the oil in a Kadai (Cheena chatti).
Fry the rolls in the oil.
Spinach, wheat flour poori is ready. It can be served with chutney, pickle or some other side dish.
