Ingredients
  

  • Paneer : 250 gm
  • Chicken : 200 gm
  • Onion : 1 no (cubes)
  • Capsicum : 1 no (cubes)
  • Dry red chillies : 5 nos
  • Tomato : 4 nos
  • Garlic : 4 cloves
  • Coriander seeds : 1 ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken pieces with ½ tsp turmeric. ½ tsp chilli powder and cook it.
  • When done, remove from bone and make slices with fork. Keep aside.3) Make a paste of cumin, coriander powder, tomato, garlic, red chillies and turmeric.
  • Heat little oil in a frying pan. Add onion, capsicum, paneer and fry again.5) Add chicken slices and fry again.
  • Keep this aside.7) In the pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the paste and fry well.8) Add the fried paneer mixture, water and cook the masala well.
  • Make this a semi dry masala and serve hot with chapathi.
