Marinate chicken pieces with ½ tsp turmeric. ½ tsp chilli powder and cook it.
When done, remove from bone and make slices with fork. Keep aside.3) Make a paste of cumin, coriander powder, tomato, garlic, red chillies and turmeric.
Heat little oil in a frying pan. Add onion, capsicum, paneer and fry again.5) Add chicken slices and fry again.
Keep this aside.7) In the pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the paste and fry well.8) Add the fried paneer mixture, water and cook the masala well.
Make this a semi dry masala and serve hot with chapathi.
