Ingredients
  

  • Prawns : 200 gm
  • Onion : 1 no (cubes)
  • Capsicum : 1 no (cubes)
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Lime juice : 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 2 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Butter : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • De-vein the prawns and clean well.2) Marinate the prawns with turmeric, chilli, cumin, salt, lime juice and ginger-garlic paste.3) Keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes. 4) Cut the onions and capsicum into cubes. Mix with prawns before grilling.
  • In a skewer arrange the capsicum, onion, prawns and continue in same.
  • In a iron tawa, heat butter. Arrange the skewers and lightly brush butter on prawns.
  • Close it with a lid for 1 minute and grill it open.8) Turn all sides in between. 9) When done, place it in a serving plate. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
