- Cumin powder : 2 tsp -

- Butter : as reqd -

- In a iron tawa, heat butter. Arrange the skewers and lightly brush butter on prawns.
- Close it with a lid for 1 minute and grill it open.8) Turn all sides in between. 9) When done, place it in a serving plate. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
